At 66fit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports and rehabilitation equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Items

    Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our distribution center using a tracked postal service.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
